What are ePoints?
ePoints is a virtual currency that you earn when doing what you already do on the internet. Each member of ePoints has an account and earns points when they sign up, shop at 1000's of retailers, share articles with friends, 'like' videos into Facebook, and even search Google. Each ePoint has a value and can be redeemed for great products, vouchers and experiences.

How can I earn ePoints?
You start to earn ePoints as soon as you sign up with our Welcome Bonus. From then on there are 2 ways to earn ePoints; shopping (rewards for shopping) and browsing (rewards for browsing).
Earning ePoints when you shop gives you a shop window to 1000's of famous retailers where you can find the best price on pretty much anything you want to buy and go to the retailer website to buy it. You earn points when spending at any retailers where the ePoints symbol is shown. But remember, you need to be logged in to your account and click to the product you want from the 'rewards for shopping' area. You can also click on a retailer logo e.g. Tesco (which is one of the 1000's or retailers you can earn ePoints on), go to their site, do your shopping as normal and earn ePoints.
You can also earn points when you browse the web. Go to the 'rewards for browsing' area and be rewarded wherever you see the ePoints symbol. For example, you may see a news article that you find interesting, click 'share' and send it to a friend – you'll earn epoints for doing that. Rewards for browsing means you can come back every day, read the news, watch video and search the web and continue to top up your ePoints total.

What does pending ePoints mean?
When earning ePoints for shopping there is a time lag before the retailer confirms the purchase has taken place. Until we get confirmation from the retailer, which sometimes take a month, the points sit in 'pending'. Don't worry the vast majority of pending points move across to 'confirmed' so please be patient.

How long before pending ePoints are confirmed?
It won't take any longer than 30 days for pending points to turn into 'confirmed'.

Do ePoints expire?
Yes. ePoints expire after 2 years if you have not logged in to your account in that period.

Can I earn points with other schemes on top of my ePoints?

Why can't I earn ePoints on purchases with Amazon?
We'd love to give you ePoints for purchasing with everyone, but in the case of Amazon it's not technically possible to do so at the moment. We still include Amazon because they've got a great product range, low prices and our main aim is to get you the best value. As soon as we can give you points on Amazon purchases, we will.

How do I earn more ePoints?
You can earn ePoints in two ways; by shopping, and by browsing. Getting rewarded for shopping is a case of finding what you want and buying it - we'll give you points for making a purchase. Just make sure you're logged in or we can't give you the points! Rewards for browsing are points that we give you as a freebie for coming back every day and using our lovely homepage - you can keep your points topped up and have fun doing it. The 'freebie' points are rationed at 30 per month - purely because we'd prefer not to go bankrupt! But once the month is over and the next arrives you'll have a full 30 more to earn just for searching, sharing and liking things: no strings attached.
